NOAA Weather Modification Projects
Acid Rain And Diamond Dust To Block Out The Sun
According to the NOAA’s website, they’re experiencing delayed reporting because the systems at NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information is located in Asheville, N.C.
There is a Solar Radiation Modification Program. One of the methods that is being used is by spraying heavy metals and sulfuric acid into the atmosphere. Sulfuric acid, H2SO4, otherwise known as acid rain, is being used to mimic a volcanic eruption, where ash would be disbursed in a heavy overshadowing cloud, preventing sunlight to pierce through it. We’ve learned in Science class that an asteroid impact which propelled thick ash into the atmosphere killed the dinosaurs, and also killed plant life because plants couldn’t get sunlight through the heavy cloud cover.
Diamond dust and Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) are also being used. It’s important to note that SO2, or sulfur dioxide, is being blamed for air pollution according to the EPA from fossil fuels and power plants, metal extractions from burning metals, volcanic eruptions, locomotives, ships, and other heavy equipment operations. So, why are we adding more of it to the atmosphere?

Seeding or dispersing of any substance into clouds or fog, to alter drop size distribution, produce ice crystals or coagulation of droplets, alter the development of hail or lightning, or influence in any way the natural development cycle of clouds or their environment;
Using fires or heat sources to influence convective circulation or to evaporate fog;
Modifying the solar radiation exchange of the earth or clouds, through the release of gases, dusts, liquids, or aerosols into the atmosphere;
Modifying the characteristics of land or water surfaces by dusting or treating with powders, liquid sprays, dyes, or other materials;
Releasing electrically charged or radioactive particles, or ions, into the atmosphere;
Applying shock waves, sonic energy sources, or other explosive or acoustic sources to the atmosphere;
Using aircraft propeller downwash, jet wash, or other sources of artificial wind generation;
Using lasers or other sources of electromagnetic radiation; or
Other activities undertaken with the intent to modify the weather or climate, including solar radiation management activities and experiments
The problem with the cloud seeding and atmospheric alterations that have been introduced is that if they abruptly stop doing them, it will have potentially cataclysmic effects known as termination shock. This will be the justification for it to continue, and the reason not to immediately stop what they’re doing to pollute and corrupt God’s creations that inhabit the earth.
In 2020, a whopping $4,000,000 was funded for the fiscal budget to study what’s been done so far, and to launch instruments to measure the effects of the weather modification projects and solar radiation modification efforts.

They’re worried about radiation going out into space.
By contrast, GHGs warm surface temperatures by trapping a portion of outgoing terrestrial radiation that would otherwise be emitted into space.
They have mirrors in space to deflect sunlight. They’re using satellites to measure the effects of these interventions. As I’ve said before in another article, the UN and CIA in affiliation with Jeff Bezos have satellites monitoring the earth.
Again, why are we adding more Sulfur Dioxide to the atmosphere if the rationale for using it is to limit the adverse effects of burning fossil fuels and coal pollution? In my opinion, they are just doing what they always do, blaming those things to cover up what they’re intensifying the effects of.
