EAC: The Solution To The Hanging Chads

Part 1: Bush And Obama's Plan To Disenfranchise American Voters

The Election Assistance Commission, EAC, was formed through a Bush initiative to encourage easier access for Americans to vote. The debacle of the Florida Presidential election between Bush and Gore and the hanging chads was remedied by the proposal of a new system: Voting machines.

After the 2020 Presidential Election, and claims that the machine tabulations and machines themselves were defective or deficient, an upgrade to the standards of the EAC certified machine software were proposed. Upon research of the new standards, I discovered that the machine owners made recommendations to the EAC about the voting machines.

The NASED is a coalition of Secretaries of State, former EAC Officials, former Democratic Officials, and has ties to the United Nations. The NASED invited the UN to come and observe our elections.

After the 2020 Presidential Election, I began researching voting machines that were used in every part of the Country. They included EVS-ES&S Unity, Verity, Hart Intercivic, Dominion, Smartmatic, Clear Ballot, Unisyn, & MicroVote EMS. There may be more, but they can be found by State and County at the EAC website.

The EAC put out a bulletin that the audit confirmed that the election was one of the most secure elections to date. As stated in the bulletin, there was an admission that every State belongs to the EI-ISAC cybersecurity network.

The EI-ISAC network was the entity that I determined to be the avenue in which the election was altered, monitored, or infiltrated before the conclusion of my research. This statement solidified it, because you see, the IP address for the EI-ISAC, formerly EIS-GCC, originated in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and was registered to St. Gallen Symposium. There are representatives affiliated with the World Economic Forum there, and it is affiliated with Davos.

I found this information shortly after the 2020 Presidential Election, and it wasn’t until some time later that I discovered that all 50 States belonged to the EI-ISAC.

The EI-ISAC and NASED were the culmination of a cybersecurity network that formed after Obama’s 2015 Executive Order EO13691 instilling the formation of the ISAOs. The ISAOs gave election security to the private sector and on a global, international scale to monitor American elections. The formation of the ISAOs disenfranchised every voter in America, because no longer were our elections within our own scope of borders and boundaries, but they were outsourced to the whole world. CISA was also collaborating with the ISAOs.

Before the 2020 election, members of the Voting Machine Companies and ISAOs had a roundtable event discussion on Twitter about cybersecurity. The EI-ISAC and NASED have direct access to Twitter, and have an election disinformation playbook process that is activated by “trusted voices” in the government and States to censor and suppress Twitter users who they view as promoting mistrust in the election system. This information was uncovered from a person running for office and introduced into Court documents.

IT-ISAC is another ISAO, and if you follow each voting machine, you’re likely to find a collaborating ISAO. For example, Hart Verity is associated with IT-ISAC, whose Executive Director, Scott Algeier, boasts a global membership. The sub-layers of affiliated contacts, partnerships, and participation in speaking events are endless. Some of those associated to him were Conrad, ISACA Global (in 55 Countries), EI-SCC, CISC, UTSA, Twilio, and Comp-TIA.

Only following one lead of the ISAO cybersecurity network did little good, because they were all collaborating together before the election to the same end. If even one ISAO, such as EI-ISAC, is connected to all 50 States, and that IP address originated in Switzerland, then there is really nothing more left to talk about. The results can be manipulated from anywhere, anytime, by anyone in the global cybersecurity community, and there’s not a thing you or I can do about it.
