Part 21: The Recipe For Covid Was Made With Luciferase Expressing HIV-1, Cholera, H5N1, Pseudovirus

The reports of Emily Kopp and Alex Washburne solidify my findings in one of my previous articles from December 2022 about Collins, Fauci, Hotez, and the Chinese.

The Recipe For Covid was made in collaboration with NIH and Fudan University in Shanghai, China with the help of Chinese Scientists through their Foreign Exchange Program.

The recipe for covid lies in the documents of former Scientist publications and patents that were utilized to make it with the funds of NIAID, NIH, and the Foreign Exchange Program of Fudan University in Shanghai, China in 2013.

As you can see from the above screenshot, the Universities and Biodefense allotted entities to further the research and are listed below the author citations. Also shown, is the importance of the S1 and S2 locations of the Fc proteins that they were using to insert virus gene fragments. It gives the exact regions of the insertions into the genome. (residues 377-588), (RBD: residues 367-606), fusion with Human IgG Fc fragment (S377-588-Fc), (S377-662-Fc). This shows that SARS-CoV was made before MERS-CoV.

It is thus expected that the RBD of MERS-CoV, which belongs to the same betacoronavirus genus as SARS-CoV [21,22], may also be effective in inhibiting MERS-CoV infection and inducing neutralizing antibody re-sponses against infection of MERS-CoV in vaccinated animals.

The screenshot posted below is the smoking gun for the recipe of covid. They didn’t just make it one way with one thing, they used numerous viruses, including H5N1 (pg. 28), to manipulate the strands and made it six different ways to Sunday. Look at the date for it wouldn’t you, published to PDF August, 2021, using patent inventions from 2017, 2016, and 2014, and also citing that the invention was made with Government support from the National Institutes of Health.

They used cholera (pg. 28) in one embodiment of the manipulation and fused it to Human IgG (Fe), a C3d protein, a muramyl peptide, or a cytokine. They manipulated it so many different ways, that it would work no matter where they moved it to or what they used once they got the recipe down for what things will do certain functions to get the same result.

So far, what we have is cholera, H5N1 influenza, luciferase expressing HIV-1, and pseudovirus.

The NSABB recommended in collaboration with the CDC and NIH after several 2014 Summer lab incidents at Federal labs that H5N1 and H7N9 shouldn’t ever be used or made due to the highly transmissible and pathogenic nature. Yet, GISAID tracks H5N1, and the NIH patent containing the recipe for covid uses H5N1.

They supercharged this research to go on to the next level of the DEFUSE program that Emily Kopp uncovered in a FOIA request to the USGS (United States Geological Survey). I wouldn’t have thought to even look in that Department, because on initial glance, it shouldn’t have anything to do with pathogens, or how to make bioweapons, but they seem to house records of an epidemiologist, Tonie Rocke, of The National Wildlife Health Center. Isn’t the Geological Survey about Geology, the lay of the land, natural resources, parameters or boundaries, and depths of the earth? Maybe in their eyes, viruses and pathogens have become natural resources to them. Mining and energy reserves must not have been enough for them to cash in on, so they had to branch out to the viruses of animals found in nature.

Every State Governor should demand the removal of bioweapons and biolabs in their State. Congress should defund the budget of these villainous criminals and seize the funds wherever they may have been dispersed to, whether it is time to pass a new budget or not, like yesterday! Who can safely dismantle these bioweapons and biolabs? The government has taken the control out of the hands of the people, and are using laws to only protect themselves, when we are the ones who need protection from them.

Congress has to do something to reign in and abolish these rouge factions of Health, and recommend them for prosecutions. The biolabs and Scientists making bioweapons must be prosecuted and stopped. If Congress doesn’t do something about safely dismantling them, we will. Waiting around on them to act isn’t saving any lives. Someone who has the knowledge to safely do it needs to rally Congress to have it done, immediately! Lobbying needs to happen to change the Federal laws so that it is not a Federal offense to privately, or by State order, have it removed from your area. There should be safeguards in place, at the ready, by Professional and trusted individuals that can do it properly without impending danger of the further release of pathogens on local Communities. These things have to be taken down, dismantled, and destroyed, or we’re not going to have a life to live in this Country. If we don’t, it’s going to be “I’m coming home Elizabeth” for all of us.

Get the word out, rally Congress, talk to your Governor, and your Representatives at the State, County, and City levels in the regions or Cities where these labs exist. Shut down the Universities harboring these mad scientists with local ordinances and policies for breaching Community environmental air quality standards. Let’s get this done!
